Shipping

US Domestic Shipping

All packages will be filled and processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. All packages will be sent via USPS.

Items will be shipped and packed with recyclable content.

If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe, please contact me and I will do me best to rectify the situation. However, please be aware that I don’t consider a parcel “lost” in the post until it has been a full 30 days from the date of shipping.

International Shipping

I will be able to calculate your shipping individually based on your location and quote you a price via USPS. If you decide to purchase the product I will add the cost of shipping to the product at the time of purchase. When shipping overseas, your package might have a delay in customs. If you are concerned about your country’s customs laws or cost please investigate before purchase. If a package comes back to me in original condition, you will receive a refund for the cost of the item only. Shipping, handling, and any other additional import duties and taxes will not be refunded.

Returns & Exchanges

All items at this time are final sale and cannot be returned.

If the item received at final destination is damaged, the product will be reviewed by me in order to determine if a refund of the product is due or a store credit. Upon inspection of the item : If it is decided a refund will be issued shipping and handling will not be retuned.
