Dessie Frame With Landscape
I cannot resist a landscape in a gold frame! This vintage frame sits over top of the painting. The painting itself is processed wood, by Nostra. Processed wood is made by binding real wood, scrap wood, shredded wood fibers/or sawdust with adhesives to create products that look like and act like a solid piece of wood.
This is a found object, in good condition. The image is called “Sunset”. The painting has been transferred onto a wooden panel, so it has a very smooth finish. It is set into a beautiful wood frame. The back was taped and I did not replace it due to all the original labels on the back. It has a small hook to hang on the wall on the top backside.
The frame is 12 1/4 inches wide by about 10 1/2 inches long and the frame is 1 inch deep.
